Sharing and Collaboration

MuleRun lets you share tasks, files, and knowledge so it's easy to collaborate or showcase results.

Session (Task) Sharing

• Click the share button in the top-right corner of a task to generate a public link.
• Anyone with the link can view the full conversation, files, and final results.
• One-click sharing to Discord / X / LinkedIn.

Managing Your Shares

Go to Settings -> Shared Sessions to see every session you've shared. You can revoke access at any time (revocation does not delete copies that have already been downloaded).

Security Note

If a session contains API keys, credentials, or personal data, double-check or redact before sharing. The system also warns you when it detects potentially sensitive fields.

File Sharing

• Any single file in Drive can produce a public share link.
• Supports inline preview for images, audio, video, CSV, HTML, PDF, and more.
• Unauthenticated viewers need to sign in to download.
• Large files (>10MB) typically need to be downloaded — browser preview is skipped.
• A disclaimer at the bottom notes that the content is user-generated and not verified by MuleRun.

Knowledge Sharing

• In My Knowledge, mark an item as Public to publish it to the Knowledge Network for others to use.
• A share URL is generated, ready for Discord / X / LinkedIn.
• You can revoke at any time (set to Private or delete).
