Delete Account

MuleRun supports self-service account deletion.

Self-Service Deletion Path

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to:

Profile -> Manage -> Delete Account

Then follow the page instructions.

Before Deleting Your Account

After your account is closed, all data under the account cannot be recovered. Make sure you have backed up anything you need before proceeding.

If You Cannot Delete the Account Yourself

If you cannot find the entry, the entry is unavailable, an error occurs, or you cannot log in, contact support.

For account security, support may ask for your account email and a second confirmation that you understand all data will be unrecoverable after account closure.

Difference Between Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

• Account deletion: closes the entire MuleRun account and account data cannot be recovered.
• Subscription cancellation: stops future auto-renewal but does not delete the account.
• Refund request: a billing issue and not the same as deleting an account.
