Agent Cannot Start

First check whether you have enough Credits. If your balance is sufficient but the Agent still does not start, contact support with your account email and the affected Task or Session.

Task Lags When Reopened

If a Task or Session contains a long conversation or a lot of content, the system may need extra time to reload the full context when you reopen it. Short lag is possible.

If it remains unresponsive for a long time, provide the affected Task link and issue details.

Do I Need to Delete a Project If an Old Chat Gets Stuck?

No. You can keep the old conversation or project and start a new conversation to continue working.

Image Processing Shows API Error 400

If an uploaded or processed image has an invalid format, you may see Internal error: API Error: 400 or Could not process image. This may affect the history of the current task, so starting a new task and trying again is recommended.

Failed image-processing requests usually do not create additional charges.

AI Says It Changed Something but the Issue Remains

This does not always mean the platform is broken. In complex tasks, AI Agents may misunderstand, produce incomplete fixes, or retry multiple times. Narrow the task scope, provide clear goals and reproduction steps, and include necessary files and errors.
