Quick Start

MuleRun is an AI workflow platform that provides Super Agent, MuleRun Computer, Pages, Drive, templates, and knowledge base features. It helps with research, writing, development, web publishing, file handling, and automation tasks.

Sign Up and Log In

You can register with an email address, or sign in quickly with Gmail or Apple ID.

If login fails, first check your email spelling, verification code, browser environment, and network. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email, screenshot, and error time.

Choose How to Use MuleRun

• Use Super Agent for conversational tasks, research, writing, analysis, and general workflows.
• Use MuleRun Computer for tasks that need a virtual computer, browser, files, or higher permissions.
• Use Pages to publish websites or configure custom domains.
• Use Drive to store and view some files generated by Agents.
• Use My Knowledge to save and reuse knowledge from conversations.

Check Credits

Your current balance is usually shown near the avatar in the top-right area. You can also click your avatar and go to Settings -> Usage to view credit grants, expiration, and consumption details.

When You Need Help

If a task fails, Credits look abnormal, Computer cannot connect, or files cannot be downloaded, first check the relevant troubleshooting page. When contacting support, include your account email, issue time, screenshots, error messages, and related task links when possible.
