File Preview and Download

Files Cannot Be Previewed or Downloaded

If generated images, .docx, .pdf, or other output files cannot be previewed or downloaded, the issue may be related to local network access.

Try:

  • Switching networks.
  • Using an available proxy and retrying.
  • Using the latest Chrome.
  • Logging in again from an incognito window.

Failed to Load Image

If image preview shows Failed to load image, or your browser cannot open the download site, first check your network environment.

Large File or Bulk Export Fails

Page download has limits for individual file size. For large files or bulk backup, use a more stable data transfer method when available. Some export features are only available to paid users.
