What Payment Methods Are Supported?

MuleRun currently supports payments through Stripe. In some regions, Alipay may be available on the payment page.

Subscription payments currently do not support WeChat Pay. If you are in mainland China but cannot see Alipay, turn off non-mainland-China proxy nodes and refresh the payment page.

How Do I Pay with Alipay?

After clicking purchase, you will be redirected to Stripe. If your region and payment conditions are supported, you can select Alipay on the Stripe page.

How Do I View Billing Records?

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Profile -> Manage. After being redirected to Stripe, you can view and download billing records in the billing history section.

How Do I Get an Invoice or Receipt?

After each successful payment, an electronic receipt is usually sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox and spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact support for help.

Can MuleRun Issue Mainland China VAT Invoices?

No. MuleRun currently cannot issue mainland China invoices, including VAT invoices. We can provide system-generated USD invoices or electronic receipts as proof of payment.

Are Refunds Supported?

According to MuleRun's current Terms of Use, processed payments are generally non-refundable. You can review the payment section here:

If you do not want future renewals, cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
