Billing & Credits Overview

MuleRun uses Credits to measure usage. Different tasks may consume different amounts of Credits depending on complexity, execution steps, resource usage, and retries.

Common Entry Points

• Check balance: near the avatar in the top-right area.
• View details: avatar -> Settings -> Usage.
• Manage subscription: avatar -> Settings -> Manage -> Stripe.
• View billing records: avatar -> Profile -> Manage, then open the Stripe billing history.
• Redeem gift cards: click your balance -> Buy Credits -> Redeem gift cards.

Common Rules

• Pro, Plus, and Super memberships are not unlimited plans. Each billing cycle includes a fixed amount of Credits.
• If you use up your Credits during a billing cycle, you need to top up Credits to continue using the service.
• Monthly subscription Credits are issued on your account's monthly subscription date, not on the 1st day of each month and not necessarily on the renewal payment date.
• Daily Credits are valid only on the day they are granted and do not roll over.
• Free users have a monthly cap of 2,000 daily Credits per calendar month.
