There is currently no dedicated customer service phone number for mainland China.

Prepare Before Contacting Support

To help us locate the issue faster, provide as much of the following as possible:

  • MuleRun account email.
  • Current subscription level.
  • Issue time and timezone.
  • Related Task, Session, Pages project, domain, or share link.
  • Screenshots, recordings, or full error messages.
  • Browser, device, and network environment.

Do Not Send Sensitive Information

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card information, full API keys, or other sensitive credentials.

Feature Requests

If you have a feature request, contact support to submit it. MuleRun will share important future updates through official channels.
