How Do I Upgrade?

Upgrades usually take effect immediately. Log in to MuleRun and choose a suitable plan from the subscription management page.

Can I Downgrade?

Direct downgrades are not supported at this time. If you want to avoid future renewals, cancel the current subscription first and choose another plan later if needed.

Can I Switch Between Monthly and Annual Billing?

Switching directly between monthly and annual billing is not currently supported. Your subscription will continue on the billing cycle you originally selected.

How Do I Cancel a Subscription or Stop Auto-Renewal?

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings -> Manage -> Stripe, then cancel your subscription on the Stripe subscription management page.

If you cannot find the page, contact support with your account email and a screenshot.

Does Super Still Have a 7-Day Free Trial?

No. Super no longer offers a 7-day free trial. The current promotion is a half-price first month. The subscription page always shows the latest available offer.

Is a Subscription Unlimited?

No. Each subscription provides a fixed amount of Credits per billing cycle. Task execution consumes Credits based on actual usage. If the Credits for the current cycle are used up, you need to top up Credits to continue.

Are Student Discounts Available?

No. MuleRun does not currently offer a separate student or education discount.

Are Team or Enterprise Plans Available?

Team subscriptions are available. Log in to the official website to view the current options. For enterprise or multi-department collaboration needs, contact support for more information.
