Payment Failed

First check whether your payment method, bank card, or wallet is working normally. If the page shows an error, save a screenshot.

When contacting support, provide:

• Account email.
• Charge time.
• Charge amount.
• Billing ID, invoice, receipt, or transaction ID.
• Payment page screenshot or error message.

Alipay Is Missing

If you are in mainland China but the payment page does not show Alipay, your proxy node location may be affecting available payment methods. Turn off non-mainland-China proxy nodes and refresh the payment page.

Subscription payments currently do not support WeChat Pay.

Credits Did Not Arrive After Recharge

If you purchased a gift card, go to Redeem gift cards and redeem it manually.

If it was a normal payment and Credits still did not arrive, check your payment record and contact support for review.
