Credits Issues

If you believe Credits were not granted, expired incorrectly, show a balance mismatch, or decreased even though you did not use them, first check Usage details.

Step 1: Check Usage

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to:

Settings -> Usage

Check:

  • Credit grant records.
  • Credit expiration records.
  • Credit consumption records.
  • The specific reason for each deduction or expiration.
  • Corresponding time, amount, and record type.

Common Normal Cases

  • Daily Credits expire if unused on the same day and do not roll over.
  • Free users stop receiving daily 200 Credits for the rest of the month after reaching the monthly daily-credit cap of 2,000 Credits.
  • Sign-up bonus Credits, referral reward Credits, and other campaign reward Credits are usually valid monthly and should be used before they expire.
  • Even if the final visible result does not change much, analysis, file reading, searching, testing, and retries can still consume Credits.
  • Scheduled tasks, automated workflows, or triggers may continue consuming Credits if enabled.

When Should I Contact Support?

If you still believe there is an issue after checking Usage, contact support and provide:

  • Account email.
  • Issue time and timezone.
  • Screenshot of the Usage record you believe is abnormal.
  • Related Task, Session, or share link.
  • The balance shown on your page and a description of the issue.

The screenshot should show the specific grant, expiration, or consumption record, including time and Credits amount.
